U.S: Order by Saturday 12/14 for delivery by 12/24. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive.
International: Order by Saturday 11/30 for delivery by 12/24. Please allow a minimum of 12-15 days for your order to arrive.
PLEASE NOTE: Prints ship within 3 days of placing your order. If your tracking hasn’t updated, USPS sometimes misses an initial scan, which can make it look like the package hasn’t moved. It should update once it reaches your local post office for final delivery.
We’ll always do our best to get your order to you on time, but holiday delays can happen. Thanks so much for your patience!

Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email with a tracking number. Please refer to this tracking number to track the progress and estimated delivery date of your package. While we will do everything we can to help your orders arrive on time, there can be unexpected delays during the holiday season.
If there have not been any updates on your shipment for over 5 days, please reach out to us at info@celebsonsandwiches.com and we'll look into it!
Why hasn't my shipment tracking status been updated?
There are some occasions when USPS doesn't scan a package that we drop off for shipment, and as a result, the tracking says that they're still waiting on it. It should be updated as soon as it arrives at your local post office for delivery to your address.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles using USPS First Class Mail.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we only offer USPS First Class Mail for all orders. We do not have expedited shipping options available at this time.
What is your return policy?
While we don't typically expect this, in the event that you receive damaged, defective, or missing items, please email info@celebsonsandwiches.com within 14 days of receiving the item and we'd be more than happy to help.
