Shipping and Delivery

Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email with a tracking number. Please refer to this tracking number to track the progress and estimated delivery date of your package.

If there have not been any updates on your shipment for over 5 days, please reach out to us at info@celebsonsandwiches.com and we'll look into it!

Why hasn't my shipment tracking status been updated?

There are some occasions when USPS doesn't scan a package that we drop off for shipment, and as a result, the tracking says that they're still waiting on it. It should be updated as soon as it arrives at your local post office for delivery to your address. 

If you do not see any update to the tracking for 2 days, please reach out to info@celebsonsandwiches.com and we'll look into it!

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles using USPS First Class Mail.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Currently, we only offer USPS First Class Mail for all orders. We do not have expedited shipping options available at this time. 

Gifts

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Definitely! Feel free to add your message into the "Order special instructions" text box on the cart page before you check out.

If you've already placed your order, you can send a message to info@celebsonsandwiches.com as soon as possible so we can add it in before the order ships.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! E-gift cards are available to purchase on our website. E-gift cards are sent electronically and emailed directly to the purchaser.

Standard Shipping and Delivery

How are the orders shipped?

All orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.

What is the estimated delivery time for US orders?

All US orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail. Please allow a minimum of 7-10 days for your order to arrive. *Order by December 14th at 8PM EST to guarantee delivery by 12/24.

What is the estimated delivery time for International orders?

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with an expected arrival of 12-15 days at a minimum. *Order by November 30th at 8PM EST to guarantee delivery by 12/24.

Note, international shipments vary based on duties and customs. International orders will often be marked as "collect for pick-up". If you have not received your order for over 30 days, it’s possible that it’s being held at your local post office. They will be able to provide more information about your package.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us at info@celebsonsandwiches.com with your name and order number as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $60 shipped anywhere in the continental United States. 

For U.S. orders under $60, we offer $4 flat rate shipping.

For International orders, shipping prices vary by territory and are calculated at checkout. All taxes and duties are billed to the recipient.

What do I do if I receive defective, damaged, or missing items?

While we don't typically expect this, in the event that you receive damaged, defective, or missing items, please email info@celebsonsandwiches.com within 14 days of receiving the item and we'd be more than happy to help.

Orders

Can I edit or cancel an order after I've placed it?

If you need to edit or cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at info@celebsonsandwiches.com with your name and order number as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee these changes will be made, but we will try our best to accommodate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major US credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay Amazon Pay & Shop Pay.

Prints

Do prints come framed?

Currently, I do not offer framed prints. All artwork is printed on heavy weight, fine-art archival paper with a lightly textured surface and packed in a plastic sleeve.

I can’t find a print that I saw on Instagram. Can I order it?

Thanks so much for keeping up with my work! If a specific Instagram post isn't on our website, it means it's not available as a print right now. I'm always open to suggestions, so feel free to shoot me an email at info@celebsonsandwiches.com.

I can’t find a print that used to be on your site. Will you be restocking it?

​We often have new prints added and older prints retired from the website. Once a print is no longer on the site, it typically is retired. In some cases, I may be able to get a print made that is no longer available. Feel free to email info@celebsonsandwiches.com with the print that you’re referring to and I can look into this for you.

Custom Work

Can I commission a piece of art from you?

I’m not currently offering custom work. But, if anything changes, I have a waitlist that you can join to be notified. Feel free to email info@celebsonsandwiches.com and I’ll add you!
